01 General Terms & Applicability

God11 (god11.win) is an online gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and select regions. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between god11 and all its users.

• Each person may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are created, all of them will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, address, and date of birth during registration. Providing inaccurate information will prevent your account from being verified.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has not been completed.
• Registration on god11 is not permitted from countries or regions where online gaming is prohibited by law.

03 Deposit & Payment Policy

• The minimum deposit on god11 is BDT 200. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
• Deposits via USDT (TRC20) cryptocurrency are also accepted. Network fees may apply for crypto deposits.

04 Withdrawal Policy & Process

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from god11. god11 makes every effort to process withdrawals as quickly as possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500, and the maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your account verification level.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Please contact support if you need to withdraw via a different method.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes. Larger amounts may require additional verification time.
• To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirements.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

06 Prohibited Activities & Conduct

• Opening or operating an account using a false identity or someone else's personal information.
• Coordinated betting or the use of opposing bets for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Exploiting any technical glitch or bug in the system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access an account through hacking, phishing, or any other unauthorized method.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources on god11.
• Harassing, threatening, or disrespecting other users.

07 Responsible Gaming Policy
